Please use the form below to register for our upcoming Relational Facilitators Program! You will receive a confirmation email once your application is submitted successfully. We will be in touch with you within about two weeks if we have any questions about your application. We will also send a follow up email to the entire cohort by the first week of October with further program details.

About You

We would like to know more about your identities that impact and empower your presence in the world. This information will help us in forming pods and other groups during the course of the program.

Community Agreements

We understand "community agreements" to be ongoing practices that help us build beloved community. Please indicate that you have read our community agreements available on the "Our Approach" page on our website and that you agree to practice them.

Tuition and Payment

We offer a sliding scale registration fee for our courses and workshops in service of economic justice. We also offer payment plans as needed to support accessibility. We understand that access to resources is a result of institutionalized white supremacy, capitalism and colonization. A sliding scale fee structure allows white folks and others who have systematically benefited from these unjust and inequitable systems to practice reparations within our community by acknowledging Black, Indigenous and People of Color for their generations of stolen land and resources. We also know that privilege is intersectional and that not all white folks have access to generational wealth or class privilege. We ask that you take your privilege and access to organizational and/or other resources into account when determining your registration fee.
We can accommodate payment plans for tiers 2 and 3. Because we are a small organization with very limited admin support, we encourage folks who can pay the full tuition at registration to please do so. We can accept tuition payments in two installations. Payment #1, or 50% of your program tuition is due upon registration. Payment #2, your remaining tuition balance, is due on or before March 16th (30 days prior to the program start date.)
***Please note that registrations are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your registration due to a a family or medical emergency, we will credit your tuition to another Courage program within one year of your registration. No refunds will be given for failure to complete the program.
