SCT Practice Group


This eight-week course is open to anyone who has completed Course Two: Tools for Personal Transformation or who has practice experience with Sustainable Compassion Training by having attended at least one, two-day SCT workshop or retreat.

The course will meet online via Zoom on Wednesdays for one hour beginning at 5pm PST/8pm EST.  A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants prior to the start of the course.

In this course, participants will be guided through the core sustainable compassion practices and invited to explore them in new depths with an experienced SCT facilitator.

The course offers an opportunity to deepen one’s contemplative practice and commitment to approaching life and work from a compassionate stance.

An ongoing daily commitment to practice is strongly encouraged for participation in this course.
